I can’t fall

falling1

I can’t fall down

I have come too far to fall down

Open so many doors to find one locked

Cried tears of sweat and blood

Don’t tell me what we have done is not good enough

I can’t fall down

Not in this or any other town

I can’t fall

To me it’s a way of life not the rule

I can’t fall down

With no one to catch me this could be messy

Don’t let me fall

Not just for me

Not for one

But for all

I can’t

I can’t

Fall

Walked a long dusty road

Guilt and hope is my load

Still a long way to go to I walk no more

Vision is the key

Me may become the biggest floor

I can’t fall down

Not in this or any other town

I can’t fall

To me it’s a way of life not the rule

I can’t fall down

With no one to catch me this could be messy

Don’t let me fall

Not just for me

Not for one

But for all

I can’t

I can’t

Fall

Tired no sleep

Wishing I could

Now I live and breathe 24/7

My own hell

My little bit of heaven

I can’t fall down

Not in this or any other town

I can’t fall

To me it’s a way of life not the rule

I can’t fall down

With no one to catch me this could be messy

Don’t let me fall

Not just for me

Not for one

But for all

I can’t

I can’t

Fall

Too far

So close

Crazy as it is the journey is the best part

About darkersideoflight

Hi welcome to my world, I just noticed i have been writing here since 2011. You probably stumbled across me one way or another. I have been writing since the age of sixteen and soon I will be 49. I call my words poetry but i see the words as potential lyric to a song and one day when I have the time and money this is a road i will follow but till then I will be here. Please feel free to contact me if you are a musician or a band looking for a song writer and you feel you could work with me thank you and have good time where ever you may be.
